Program Description
Minoring in Human Resources Management provides theoretical and practical knowledge in a variety of HR areas, including Human Resources Management, employment law, and diversity. Other electives will give students exposure to additional facets of Human Resources, including staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development, negotiations and conflict resolutions, international human resources, and/or performance management.
