Student organizations provide a valuable service to the campus community by promoting leadership development, community spirit, activism, public service and social engagement. As a student at Austin Peay, you have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of activities.
With more than 170 clubs and organizations, APSU offers opportunities that span social, religious, political, educational, economic and interests. These organizations provide leadership, scholarship, friendship and much more.
Students interested in joining a student organization can connect with officers through Govs Connect or visit the Office of Student Life and Engagement. Click here for more information about each organization.
The Student Organization Council (SOC) is the governing body for student organizations at APSU. Its core functions include recognizing new student organizations, reviewing and re-recognizing existing organizations, funding student organization events and supporting organizational development.
