Description: This course integrates a study of the history of health care, policy creation and service delivery in the U.S. The course utilizes a biopsychosocial perspective to study the interrelatedness of sysems and the influence of diverse cultures. Practice skills are focused on chronic illness and working with caregivers and health care teams.
