Course Description

Description: This course, open to all APSU students, explores basic concepts of strategic leadership in civic and social organizations. Topics include social and civic entrepreneurship, civil society, community visioning, and grass roots strategic planning. Course participants will pursue strategies for building healthy and sustainable commnities through asset building, collaboration, social capital devleopment, fundraising, and grant writing.
