Description: Introduces basic anatomy and physiology of the nervous system. (CNS/PNS), including sensory, motor, and integrative systems. Links brain structures and functions to communication, emphasizing how common etiologies (e. g., stroke, TBI, neurodegeneration, developmental conditions) produce hallmark characteristics in speech, language, and swallowing.
